At Lewehuis, each piece is carefully handcrafted and handled with care. Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy below.

Damaged Items                                                                                                                If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.                      To process your claim, we require clear photos of:                                                           

• The damaged item                                                                         
• The packaging

Once received, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns                                                                                                                              Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.                                                                                                                                  

If a return is approved under special circumstances, items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Handmade Variations                                                                                                        Each Lewehuis piece is uniquely made. Slight variations in texture, shape, and finish are part of the design and are not considered defects.

Shipping                                                                                                                        We take great care in packaging your order. Once your order has been shipped, Lewehuis is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier, but we will gladly assist in resolving any issues.
