All Lewehuis products are handcrafted. As a result:

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

We aim to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days.                                        Once your order has been shipped:

  • Delivery times depend on the courier

  • Lewehuis is not responsible for delays outside our control

Customers must ensure that shipping details are correct.

 

6. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Lewehuis takes care in packaging, but is not liable for damage caused during shipping. However, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with supporting images.
